I'm glad you've come to terms with that whole independence thing, Wimpy. Your acceptance now crosses the final 't' and dots the last 'i' on the revolution. Thanks! (Closure, at last!)
I don't know about the constitution, although, on that score, we've got more to worry about from the Supreme Court than from Congress. If elected, Obama will probably nominate one of his terrorist/real estate crook friends to fill the next empty position - who will complement the good work of "Super Genius" Wile E. Anthony Kennedy.
