TRJ: Not a chance on the "post-racial" thing. "Race" is a career path and you can't force these people to look for honest work. That would be disempowering after all.
Stacy McCain makes the point in so many words that America doesn't really want an honest discussion of race, because that would detail the culpabilities and failures on all sides, not just one.
Yojimbo, having race baiters look for honest work gets them derision for trying to "act White", which leads to them to lose authenticity and the minority victim card for that.
