The only thing Jon Huntsman's candidacy is good for...

...is providing inspiration for a typically witty column by Andrew Ferguson:
Covering political campaigns can be a dull, remorseless duty, but at least the reporters who gathered in Liberty State Park, New Jersey, on June 21 to see Jon Huntsman announce his presidential candidacy have this compensation: Someday they’ll be able to chuck their grandchildren under the chin and tell them, “Yes, kids, I was there when the Huntsman campaign peaked.”

Yet, for some strange reason, he's the candidate that Democrats claim to fear (Br'er Rabbit, briar patch).

Another loser says that he will announce his candidacy next week. That loser is former Louisiana governor Buddy Roamer. I still think that Rick Perry may announce and win the nomination.

Kartman: Hadn't heard that.

Seems like a whole lot of people are getting the notion that Obama isn't invincible.

If a Democrat announces his candidacy against Obama, a whole lot more people will know that Obama isn't invincible.

TW: bonsed. Yeah, AI, the dick formerly known as Obama is probably boned.
