Sharing the sacrifice is good, Mister President. Start by cutting the number of czars. We don't need many of the departments, like education. No more flying out for date night, in fact, you've got to cut down on flying everywhere. Cut the number of assistants, especially Michele's. Perhaps a little more mac 'n cheese and less kobe beef, if only to show solidarity. No flying in your favorite pizza guy. It won't be popular, but incandescent bulbs cost less than CFLs. Of course, your buddy at GE probably gave you a lifetime supply. This is just for starters.
