Change the main character from Che to Mohammed and backdate 1400 years. Sure, there will be some potential physical danger, but you can't buy this kind of publicity!

"Arab civilization" is an oxymoron.
As for the everlasting Sunni-Shi'ite war of extermination, better they spend their time and energy killing each other.
This is exactly why I don't believe the Muslims will ever succeed in creating a world caliphate, or even a single regional one.
To be fair, I think if someone called my wife a prostitute, I would be a bit upset, too.
Assuming I had a wife....and she wasn't a prostitute.
