Arnold Palmer, RIP

When I was a little fellow, and knew practically nothing about golf, I still knew who Arnold Palmer was. A great golfer, and great for the game of golf, he will be missed.

The only golfer to have his own Army. He will be missed by a lot of fans of the game.

By all those who have encountered him, Arnold Palmer was as great a man as he was golfer. RIP.

The local FM sports station carries JT The Brick most nights of the week, and his comments on Arnold Palmer should be mandatory listening for everyone in sports. A living lesson in how to be classy with the fans.
Plenty of celebrities in other fields could take a lesson from Arnie's style too.
